Ann Arbor Meditation
Mike periodically hosts group meditations at his home in downtown Ann Arbor typically on Saturday morning around 10am (on non-CIA weeks, of course). They don't happen on a consistent basis at the moment, but he's willing to change that if there's enough interest. We typically sit for 30-60 minutes, and there are spare cushions available. Beginning meditators are very welcome—he'd be happy to talk through the process with you if you're not sure where to start!
